Abstract

When the almod trees in the Anti-Atlas valeys are in bloom , and when the beating of olives starts, the Idernan festivals begin. These are seasonal festivals to commemorate the truce established between the tribes in Souss centuries ago. The celebrations include ancient songs and dances.
