Abstract

This edition is devoted to the region of Souss Massa Draâ and its contrasts. It is bordered by the ocean to the West, the region of Guelmim-Smara in the South, the region of Marrakech-Tansift-El Haouz and Tadla-Azilal to the North and, by Algeria and the region of Meknes Tafilalet in the East. Through this magazine we will meet a magic world, still deeply attached to its authenticity, its heritage and its cultural diversity. This region is also known for the culture of saffron, almond and argan trees. Next to agriculture and tourism, fishing is a significant asset, mainly coastal fishing, that remains the major activity of Agadir and Sidi Ifni ports.
