AbstractTravel through history, to talk about the evolution of the Moroccan judiciary over time, this is done in two parts. Testimonies from judges and researchers are presented in each part. The most important pages that the program has presented from the history book, evoke the multiple roles that the magistrate had in the period before the protectorate / Besides his role which was to ensure the application of law in society and relations between people, the judge had spiritual roles that the Sharia (Islamic Law) gives On this point, the program addresses the El Maliki doctrine and the laws it contains.
