Abstract

Fez organizes its first culinary festival. This festival originated from Andalusian treaties found in the funds of Hassania library in Rabat, including the famous gastronomic treaty dating back to the 13th century : " foudalat el khiwan fi tayyibat at taâm wal alwan" ( table delights and the best types of food), written by Ibn Razin Tujibi, native of Murcia, in the south of Spain, which provides nearly 450 recipes.
