A speech of Tala Bessam Abdellah Alumri from Jordan who talked about the project “the Neighbours Waters”. His idea is based on justice in water and how to distribute it to the countries in the region, as well as the rationalization in water consumption. The Arab Reform Symposium was created in the library of Alexandria. It is a forum open to Arab initiatives, intellectual dialogues and projects, whether concerning Arab reform or establishing a bridge for any dialogue and cooperation with the civil society throughout the world. Conferences on development issues and the role of women and youth are held. An Arab social observatory is established to follow, monitor and evaluate the Arab civil society activities, as well as the political, social and economic reform projects.Type
