Dr Ismail talks about film industry, how it started and how it developed until the 21st century. He talked about the phenomenon of silent cinema and that of the studio, the beginning of modern cinema and its system of stars producing, as well as the emergence of great artists in the seventies. He added that Egypt was one of the fimmaking pioneers and talked about Youssef Chahine and his achievements.
