Abstract

Dr. Nazly Farid, Director of the Francophone Library, gave the floor to Dr. Hanan Monib, who spoke about the gift of 50 000 books from Paris. She also stressed the importance of the training of French-speaking librarians. Then, Gamil Rateb "The Great", one honorable Egyptian actor, highlighted the historic donation of 50 000 books from France. Finally, Dr. Farid Nazly mentioned the effort of French-speaking librarians to build a future where information dissemination is the basis of a developed society. She highlighted the gift of 50 000 books from Paris and the founding of Sawiras.
