Abstract

Located 150km far from Annaba, the Ouenza mine had to face some technical, trading and research problems after the 1966 nationalization. With the contribution of Tahar Hamdi, Head Executive of SONAREM (National Company of Mining Resources)and Azab, Senior Engineer, we find out the features and operating methods of this field, the working conditions and the different workshops , up to the transportation of raw materials to the port of Annaba.
