Abstract

Oulhassa is a coastal city located in the heights of the town of Tlemcen. This area is known as one of the Brotherhood of Sidi Yacoub Ben Hadj Tlemçani. Throughout this report, we can see the mosque of Sidi Yacoub with its unique architecture and the traditional teaching of the Koran. Thanks to its Arab Islamic architecture, Tlemcen was chosen as the 2011 Capital of Islamic Culture.
