Abstract

The Palace of Culture Moufdi Zakaria, a prestigious architectural work, is a large infrastructure which hosts cultural and scientific events in Algeria and got the first prize for the best building of Arab Muslim architecture in the Arab World. Its location on the heights of the 'Plateau Des Anassers' is actually an ideal place for organizing important national and international events. Opened on November 1st 1984 to mark the thirtieth anniversary of the outbreak of the Revolution, the Palace of Culture Moufdi Zakaria is a public institution with administrative and cultural purposes , under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture.
