Abstract

The sources of Sidi El-Djoudi are located 55 km north of the wilaya of Setif, the sources of Sidi-El-Djoudi emerge on the right bank of the river Bousselam in the town of Hammam Guergour. They were exploited by the Berber, Roman and Muslim periods, then by the European populations during the colonization. The physicochemical studies made at different times have all concluded of the radioactivity of its thermal and mineral waters. Some of these studies have listed them among the three richest waters known worldwide.
