Abstract

Hammam Essalihine is located in the municipality of El Hamma, a touristic and therapeutic site par excellence; it started to be exploited in the Roman times. The temperature of the waters is around 70 ° C and its chemical composition gives it healing properties indicated for rheumatic, respiratory and dermatology diseases. Located in a forest region with a particular climate, it is a favourite spot for tourists; the circular Roman pool is a remnant which was rehabilitated.
