Abstract

The former residence of the governors of Algeria was " the guest house" of President Chadli before hosting cultural events (concerts, conferences and exhibitions). A monument of the Ottoman architecture (eighteenth century),The palace is surrounded by a large park where the villa Mustapha Pasha is situated. There is also a small museum of Natural History.
