" Seventy five years of cinema" is a monthly programme on the history of the seventh art; it deals with the film world, its inventors and its precursors. Ahmed Bedjaoui suggests the disovery of the wonderful world of pictures. This first episode is about the period from the invention of phtography to the beginning of the first World War. It introduces all those who took part in the creation of the movement and its reconstruction, those who took part in the invention of the camera and film techniques, to the first film makers such as David Griffith, Georges Melies, Louis Lumiere and Thomas Edison.Type
