Abstract

The documentary deals with the wetlands in the region of Oran. There are many lakes or marshes in the north- west of Oran, most of them are salty or brackish. Theyare filled during the rainy season and dry up in summer. The great Sebkha of Oran is a huge mass of water where vegetation, adapted to dry climate and salted land, grows .
