Mohamed Iguerbouchene was born on February 7th, 1907 in Tamghout Alia in Kabylia. In 1923, he went to England where he studied music and harmony. Later, he left to Vienna, in Austria, to learn the techniques of the piano where he won the 1st prize in harmony and piano. Mohamed Iguerbouchene became a composer, he composed four symphonies and music for films, such as " Pépé le Moko"(1937) starred by Jean Gabin . Mohamed Iguerbouchene died on August 21st, 1966, after a long illness.Type
