Abstract

The Keddara dam is the fundamental element of the"speak" project. It is located in the small town of Boudouaou ( province of Boumerdes), 35 km East of Algiers. This documentary gives us a glimpse of the maintenance, the control and the exploitation of this workmanship as well as the water storage capacity. The dam was built in 1982 and completed in 1986 to mitigate the lack of drinking water in the capital.
