Abstract

The small town of Boudouaou is located 15 kilometers from Algiers, in the wilaya of Boumerdes. It was chosen as a site for the construction of the fundamental element of the "speak" project: the dam of Keddara. This documentary offers an overview on the maintenance, the control and the exploitation of this work, as well as the water storage capacity. This dam was built in 1982 and completed in 1986. The purpose of its construction was to compensate for the the luck of drinking water in the capital.
