Abstract

Nadjb Mahfoud was not only a talentde writer but also a great filmmaker. Many of his works have been produced for the big screen: " Bidaya wa nihaya", " Athoulathia", " A less was kilab"... He won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1988, the first to be attributed to an Arab writer. This issue of "cinema" is dedicated to him.
