Abstract

This documentary is dedicated to Algerian deported in New Caledonia. They talk about their past, their existence and destiny. This film is produced in collaboration with the Ministry of the Mujahideen and the Ministry of Tourism. Interviews with Yahia Bouaziz, historian and researcher (Algeria); Said Boudjlil (Algeria); Djamel Yahiaoui, historian and researcher (Algeria); Radia Markouks, ethnologist (New Caledonia), Tayeb Aifa , descending (New Caledonia), Armand Jalla historian and researcher (France), José Louis Barbenon, historian and researcher (New Caledonia), Frédérique Angleviel, historian and researcher (New Caledonia) and Louis Mehala (Algeria).
