Abstract

Neptun factory was built in 1870. Since then variety of kingdoms, empires, dictatorships and invading forces have come to this island. Croatia gained its independence and the factory was closed. This is a story about two last fishermen of the fishing fleet, Andrija Murić Teča (Pan) and Nikola Mardešić Živa Vatra (Fire).
