Abstract

Green harvesting is one of the actions of green pruning framework which aims to decrease in yield (removal of redundant, partially mechanically or disease damaged and immature fruit) to produce higher quality grapes and wine. These actions are performed repeatedly, and usually about twenty days before the main harvest.
