Abstract

The island health care improvement program was passed in 1997 but its implementation has still not started due to the lack of money. Two doctors from islands nearby Zadar couldn't wait for the better times to come. They bought a 9 m speed boat and they coverted it into an outpatient facility. It has the necessary equipment to keep a patient alive until they get to Zadar hospital.
