Abstract

The chef Chaim Cohen hosts Dorit Ravinian, a famous Israeli writer from Iranian descent. She has chosen to cook Fetuccini with green peas, veal brain with Persian lemon sauce, Sol fish with Root vegetables and Artichocke puree. Naama Avramovich, the journalist, takes a tour in Netanya city with the owner of a famous shop "Mt. Cake". She is learning about the vanilla spice and she is introduced to a special apple cake recipe.
