Abstract

Michel Kishka is a gifted cartoonist, famous for his cartoons of Israeli politicians... He has chosen to cook east european jews dishes : Polenta latkes with mushrooms, "Krepalach" (jewish dumplings) filled with potatoes,fried onion and mushrooms. Avi Steiniz is an event chef and cooks Chpondra in red wine with pearl barley and spinach. Naama Avramovich is a journalist, learning about different wines and the recipe of bitter chocolate with orange peels.
