Abstract

Cooking with a famous musician-drummer Aharon Kaminski, who is making Greek snacks (meze): grilled eggplant and facus (mix of zucchini and cucumber), grilled eggplant with oregano, olive oil, feta cheese, tzatziki, fish cooked with tomato sauce and feta cheese. We make a tour in northern Israel vineyards and Dalton winery. Naama Mualem is a wine maker and introduce the vineyard with Armond Baman, a vintner. They eat typical north israeli food in the restaurant "Liali Beirut" : rice with spinach, garlic sauce, grilled fish, Kadaif cake with apricots.
