Abstract

Today, the program guest is the chef Gali Berman. Together with Chaim Cohen, she is cooking Passover dishes. Passover breakfast: mazza roll in scrambled eggs, green almonds stew with lamb osso bucco, filled hrsof with ground meat, stuffed zucchini. Naama refers to the Passover food as it appears in the Jewish books. Hila Alpert is touring in the Negev desert with the antropologist and herb researcher Nissim Krispin, who introduces us to the deserts herbs which are suitable for eating.
