Abstract

Today, the program guest is the shoe designer Shlomit Slavin. She is cooking "Lachma Baajin", a type of Arab bread with ground meat on it, lamb meatballs and beef in tomatoe sauce and pasta, broad bean, spinach and white onion-steamed, lamb ribs and chocolate cake. We make a visit to the wheat fields of kibbutz Ruchama, and finally a tour to the famous "Stibel bakery".
