Abstract

The rogram guest is Silia Regev, a Tel Avivian chef. She has chosen to cook Italian food: spinach and hummus soup, bocconcini gratini (spinach coated with pastry), fennel filled with goat cheese, roasted asparagus on yogurt and crushed garlic platform, tuna steak and vegetables raghu. We make a tour to Kfar Tavor up north, where Jilian and Moshe prepare marzipan. Footage of the almond trees amazing blossom. We follow the process of making marzipan and admire the sculpting with marzipan.
