Abstract

Today, Chaim Cohen is cooking with the musician Israel Brite. They are cooking street food: Iraqi pita bread with wheat groats, labane with olive oil, Turkish Lakerda salad with roasted eggplant and tomatoe, steamed spinach with lemon juice, fried cauliflower with bakala fish fried and coated with bread crumps. Shawarma, baklawa fingers with strawberry. A visit in a Tel Aviv bakery. Uri Shefer, the baker, is baking with a Danish method rye bread with sunflower seeds.
