Abstract

Toaday, Chaim Cohen is cooking with the rock singer Tal Gordon her favourite pastries: filled pastry with parmazan cheese, leek pie in filo dough, tortellini with ricota cheese and spinach, kadaif with cream cheese and oranges, chocolate drink. Visit to the Golden age Bulgarian women club in Jaffa, where the women get together once a week to sing and cook. The meal is served: baked stuffed red peppers with meat and rice, stuffed sour cabbage with meat and rice, lamb's skin soup, eggplant pie, cutlets, celery and carrots salad.
