Abstract

Today, Chaim Cohen hosts the painter Yair Garboz who chooses to cook his favorite food: French cuisine. Fig salad with salt, cheese and mint leaves, endive salad with cream fraiche and blue cheese, fish soup with dumplings. They also prepare a stew with shpondra meat and an apple tart with calvados. Then, Chaim Cohen meets the wine specialist Yair Aido for a wine tasting. Yair is teaching everything about wine glasses and wine bottle openers.
