Abstract

Today, Gil Vhovav and Ayelet Latovich are cooking only roasted dishes. They are starting with roasted garlic chicken, bread salad with bitter vegetables: endive, arugula, raisins in vinegar and water sauce, white truffles from the Israeli Negev. They also prepare lamb with honey, mustard grain and quince and a fish baked in salt. A visit to Kibbutz Kineret with the beekeeper Noga Tamir, going through the honey making process.
