Abstract

Today Gil Hovav and Ayelet Latovich are cooking with roots and bulbs. Roots and bulbs are placed in a baking dish: potatoes, orange carrot, purple carrot, purple onion, kohlrabi, garlic, beetroot, celery. All those vegetables are marinated with lots of thyme, olive oil and salt. They are also cooking ramold-celery root salad, stuffed meat balls, green broad bean and potatoes. Then, we visit an olive plantation. Chrom Naaim gives some explanations about the method of olive harvest. Perez Baz, an oil press owner, shows the pressing process to produce olive oil.
