Abstract

Today guest's program is the singer Rami Fortis. He is cooking fried cube filled with roasted eggplant, pickled lemons and mint, hummus salad with parsely, pasta with zucchini, bouillabaisse, pizza, foccacia. For the desert: Vanilla ice cream with rice. Picnic in the nature ; each participant brings his favourite picnic food: Rafi Adar from the Italian restaurant Pronto in Tel Aviv grills zuccini flowers filled with mozzarella and anchovi, eggplant with parmazan cheese and young chicken that was marinated in white whine, crushed garlic and various herbs. Hila Alpert, the journalist, brought meat salad with anchovy and mustard flowers, fresh pasta with oregano, tomatoes and anchovy. Chaim, the chef, brought Hamin stew with macaroni and chicken.
