Abstract

The Maghreb place is becoming more and more important on the textile market. Tunisia is the sixth largest exporter of textile in EEC. It masters the making of lingerie, t-shirt and jeans, thanks to its historical relations with Europe, a cheap and skilled labor and the language. With the example of Lee Cooper, one finds that Tunisia is able to offer the technology, quality, productivity and deadlines. Today 1,700 textile companies have opened in the country.
