Abstract

The crisis started in Egypt when King Farouk I was back in power. Riots took place in Cairo and Ismailia. The British Army arrested many Muslim terrorists. The U.S. also signed agreements with Iraq to export oil, while England maintains military control over the Suez Canal, to preserve its interests.
