Abstract

After the independences in North Africa, part of the Sephardic Jewish community has chosen to go to Israel. In this report, Maurice Seveno follows them from the transit camp of the Arenas in Marseille to Haifa Kibbutz and the streets of St Jean d’Acre where children and adults talk about their new life.
