Recorded live, Laure Adler devotes her whole show to poetry and poetic writing . Adonis is a pseudonym for Ali Ahmad Said Esber, French and Arabic-speaking Syrian- Lebanese poet and literary critic, born January 1, 1930. He evokes Arabic poetry and tries to compare it with Western poetic writing. He talks about his admiration for René Char and tries to define what mysticism and the recurrent theme of wandering mean to him.Type
