Abstract

After the triumph of Yasser Arafat at the UN, November 13, 1974, with recognition of the right of Palestinians to a sovereign state and that of the PLO, what about the Palestinian issue since 1967? Interviews of King Hussein of Jordan, who, in accepting the conclusions of the Rabat Summit (10/27/1974), had to abandon the West Bank (West Bank and Jerusalem) to the Palestinians, now under Israeli military occupation. The West Bank Palestinians claim the route of a State which was, however, that adopted by the UN in 1947 for Palestinian refugees across the Jordan; some have chosen integration, other exile abroad, sometimes in the USA, without denying their origins. Interview, in French, with Aharon Yariv, Israeli minister of information, who refuses a Palestinian state in the hands of the Fedayeen.
