A report descibing the discovery of the longest water tunnel carved into the rock. The tunnel is situated north of Jordan . The tunnel is considered as one of the wonders of civilizations and a real miracle which confirms the genius of the ancient man who was able to follow the water passage in the areas between Tarh and the Echajara, thanks to his intelligence and instinct. The level of its inner surface ranges from 450 meters above ground level at the beginning of the tunnel to 350 meters above ground level at its beginning in Umm Qai’s region, with a decline which doesn’t exceed one degree. It was observed that there were branchings in many parts of the tunnel. Studies have shown that the woks of carving started around 130, during the reign of the Roman Emperor,Hardian and lasted more than 30 years.Type
