Abstract

The training institute specialized in the metallurgical industry was founded in 1997, under an agreement between Jordan (vocational training institute) and Japan (JICA), for the training of qualified and specialized man power in the field of metallurgical industry. In the framework of this convention, it is required to create the appropriate place for these training sessions under the responsibility of both Jordan and Japan. This will create job opportunities and reduce the number of foreign workers. The training includes working on machines made by the institute, similar to those in the factories of the metal industries.
