Abstract

The program is about the great development in carpet manifacturing in Jordan.The investment in this field is to support the national economy and meet the needs of the local market and the neighboring ones. Thus, the authorities give this sector a special importance, and encourage investment through customs and tax exemptions. The program shows the different steps of the carpet making : from yarns; whether colored or not, to the machines operated by skilled hands,until the final step. One cannot imagine any home or institution without coloured carpets decorating the place. The most developed equipment and the best machines invented in the world have been provided.
