Abstract

The program deals with the traditional manufacturing of the necessary products in the Jordanian's daily life. Among these are saddles, dairy products and rugs…Saddles were necessary as horses have been used to travel and transport goods. Another necessary craft was the manifacture of an arm called "echabria". It is a cold arm, placed on the waist, either as an ornament or for self- defense or for cutting purposes. Men also needed pallets to relax and for their meetings, so they had to manufacture some of them from the wool of sheep and goats, and some others from hay.
