Abstract

The North of Jordan is famous for its resorts in Ajloun mounts and various tourist sites in Um Qais, Ajloun and Jerash as well as natural hot water springs with curative properties. Jerash is also known for the Roman vestiges such as: the amphitheatres, the columns, the market places and the squares. In Ajloun, the fortress has been used for military, defence and security purposes. in the Jordan valley, its hot and curative water springs attract tourists to the region, mainly in winter.
