Abstract

Giving women the opportunity to play their role side by side with men in the productive process is a must. In addition to being a housewife and a mother who educates generations, the woman has worked in many fields such as: Industry, agriculture, health, trade and vocational training courses like sewing and beauty. In addition to teaching, the role that a woman plays has two objectives: first she develops her skills in order to be a productive citizen in society , then she contributes to raise her family’s income to satisfy her family's needs and demands. Today, women go to schools and universities, they have got high positions in the government; they work in hospitals, in industry and teaching. These are the efforts of the state in order that women would progress and realize their dreams .
