Abstract

The Jordanian phosphate company is considered as one of the leading companies in the country’s development. It has achieved a considerable development, both in the region of Resifa, in its early stages and El Hassa mines in the south. As a result, Jordan became one of the leading countries which export phosphate all over the world. The company has become the first public company in terms of national income. During the visit to this company, we get to know the productive lines which are supervised by a distinct group of engineers and specialists in mining and the mechines. They are in charge of transporting phosphate from the mines to other countries in the world by marine ships. There are also specialized laboratories in which teams of chemists work to conduct studies and research and sort out the appropriate raw materials.
