Abstract

The issuance of the stamp is a means of information on the most important achievements of the country in various fields, such as events related to transportation, the telephone, the airline (Air Jordan) and the celebration of the world's traffic day . Jordan has made efforts to develop communication, transportation and transport and held conferences on the mail and the telephone in Amman such as the conference of the Arab post in 1956 and the Arab Union of Posts in 1960. There is also the satellite connection with the construction of a station for transmission, the reception of radio and TV through satellite Arabsat, and many events related to transportation and communication. All these achievements have appeared on postage stamps.
