Abstract

Interview with the painter Habib Avansian, born in El Qods, in 1942 and has lived in Amman since the first migration of Palestinians, in 1948. He was educated in Beirut and London where he studied art. He has got a personal view on art; for him a painting is a story, or even a poem that can express life or a great idea. The artist conveys the feeling of quietness in his paintings. The programme introduces the special tools he uses for painting and drawing lines, each of which carries a message.
