Abstract

The program deals with the village of Tebna in the province of Irbid, its history and its original buildings. The Mamluk period can be noticed through the ruins, olives trees and farms. El Zaisani mosque was a unique one, it was built by the governor of Tebna, Ahmed Dhahar, in 1771. Details about this mosque; its architecture, its thick walls, and about the fortress of Tebna, built in 1960 .
